not sure....

...that I would call it grouchy. Just pregnant. My baby has been pretty irritable thats right, but heck, who wouldn't be with someone growing inside of you? I can't imagine having to carry a baby for 9 months. They sure are right when they say that if men had to carry the baby and deliver it that civilization would cease.

We went to dinner last night. It was WAY packed and by the time the food got to us, it wasn't that good and kinda cold. Award winning ribs? I asked Can what kind of award they could have won because they were cold and dry. ha ha. We had fun though. We played that trivia game and it was cool. I think I'll be broiling some steaks for Can tonight. Last night just didn't cut it. We need to go grocery shopping.....ugghhh... I hate grocery shopping. Almost as much as I hate Christmas shopping.

Well gotta go and load some SUN equipment in the car...

Happy Holidays...14 wks 3 days

I am sooo grouchy! Such an irritable day I guess. heehee Got a lot to do and don't feel like doing any of it! Bleck!

Christmas was nice. Over too quickly...Hopefully this pregnancy speeds up so I can meet this little monkey of ours. We got lots of nice things for the baby...ah, yes...I do believe this lil one will be spoiled rotten and I am gonna be the big bad Mommy. heehee My Mom gets that devilish look in her eye that she is gonna spoil this munchkin to pieces....that's OK...that's what Grandparents do, eh? I am a lil freightened because as I have been told...I was not the easiest baby. I never too naps... Hated pacifiers...would hide so that everyone thought I was lost (this is when I was too young to understand), Grew up with Mr. Yuk stickers everywhere...cause well, my parents had to call poison control a lot. So as you can see...scary!

Our baby this week...
"Your baby measures about 3.7 to 4.1 inches (about 9.3 to 10.3cm) from crown to rump and weighs about 1.75 ounces (50g).
Your baby's bones still consist of soft cartilage but they are now beginning to harden and the development of the bones and the marrow continues, with more being laid down. Her ears are developing into a more recognizable shape and any hair already on the head and brows will become thicker.
Your baby may already be sucking her thumb. Awwwww! Precious!
Her skin is thin and translucent and all her blood vessels can be seen through it.
Her hair continues to grow on her head and her eyebrows. If her hair will be dark, the follicles will start to generate pigment to color her hair.
Your baby is moving more now and is becoming increasingly flexible. She can bend her arms at the elbows and wrists and she can make tiny fists with her hands. "

Have a holly, jolly Christmas and in case you didn't hear...

...this is the last Christmas that we will be alone. I can't imagine what its going to be like next year. Obviously the baby probably won't know what's going on because it'll only be 6 months old, but times they are a changing...

Can's parents bought us a SWEEEEEEET digital video camera for Christmas so we'll be putting video up on the baby site in the next couple weeks. As soon as I get my hands on some video editing software.

Can hooked me up this year, I got tons of cool stuff. A nice watch, the incredibles XBOX game, a remote controlled helicopter thingie, a talking Yoda that is like an 8 ball game that predicts the future, a cool massaging ottoman, man so much stuff I can't remember it all, a pool table, a juggling set.

Merry Christmas and may you all be safe and happy.

All I can say is WOW....

Yeeeup! Wow. We got to hear our little baby's heartbeat yesterday. It was AMAZING. I still don't think it has sunk in completely yet though. Like its hard to fathom that there is a little timmaayyy growing inside of Candace. Of course there could be a little princess in there as well (instead of a Timmmaayyy!)

Either way, the doctor said everything looks good and she gave Candace some meds for her nausea. We got the prescription filled last night and paid our usual $15 for it, but when we looked at what it would have cost if we didn't have insurance, we FLIPPED! $988.99 for 8 days worth of medicine!!!! HOLY CRAPOLY!!!!! We were SHOCKED! Anyway, thank God it didn't cost US that much!!!

Many hugs to my (hopefully not for long) nauseous baby mama!!!

Tis the season to be merry...hey, that's MY name!

Yeeeup, so I spent the week looking for Christmas Vacation and couldn't find it in ANY movie store. Can is up in bed now, I'm sitting here surfing a bit and watching Howard Stern.

I bought her the most comfortablumfortableist present that she'll ever get and she is gonna LOVE it. I love it, I WANT IT! It is SO awesome.

We've been exchanging like 1 present every couple days. We can NEVER wait til Christmas. It's so funny. By the time we get to Dec 25th, we have nothing to give each other. But we give each other so much and love each other so much that when we wake up on Christmas morning, the only thing we need from each other is the look in our eyes that we are more in love now than ever and that the future is bright and beautiful.

I love my girl! Can't wait to give her a couple of the presents I got her. WOOT!

Awww...

OK, I am a sappy sap...that was sweet Tim posted that. Awww.

Well, I am currently in my 12th week...I am 11 wks, 3 days...It says 200 days left. Uuuuugh! I have not been well. I know that comes with the territory, but jeesh! I used to be nauseous all day...but a couple days ago I felt GREAT...THEN Sat. night it hit me again and I was throwing up...sick all day Sunday...Not fun. I am sure it is all worth it...I try to think that this is when the baby is probably growing the most! According to the books and websites the baby will grow an inch in ONE week! By the end of this week the baby will be a little longer than a credit card. Cute, huh...

We got a cute little picture. Had a mini-scare last week, but all turned out OK. The baby's heartrate was 163 bpm!!! The baby was jumping all around. You can see the little face. Precious little angel. I CAN'T WAIT to meet our little one.

Anyone all ready for the holidays!!! I am more ready than I have ever been...My friend Dawn said that I am probably hitting that mommy instinct and getting the nesting organization all in order. I would LOVE that cause anyone who knows me knows that I am not an organized girlie. heehee Fingers are crossed!!!

Much love to Timmy for being so patient and sweet to me. He really takes care of me as I suffer. Makes sure I eat and am comfortable...even if that means cranking the air conditioner. heehee

Hope all are well!!!

wow

Candace sent this to me. It is so incredible that I teared up when I read it. It meant so much and is so touching. I LOVE it. I'm a big dork, that's ok cause when you read it you'll tear up too!

Dear Daddy,
I do not have a face to see,
or put inside a frame.
I do not have soft cheeks to kiss,
I don't yet have a name.
You can't yet hold my tiny hands,
'nor whisper in my ear.
It's still too soon to sing a song,
or cuddle me so near.
But all will change come June 25th.
That's when they say I'm due.
I'm your new child;
I can't wait til I meet you.
All I ask between now and then
is your patience while I grow.
I promise I'll be worth the wait,
because of all the love we'll know.
So have a happy holiday,
a wish to you from me.
I cannot wait to be a part
of this wonderful family.

How awesome is that? I LOVE it!

T-Dad OUT and bawling...

I love you Candace!
